Dont even bother. I ran and ran and ran and RAN... all I have to show for it are sore knees, a bad back, and a determination to NEVER run again. Runners high my ###!

 

Got brisket wrapped up in foil on the smoker....I ain't gonna tell ya it's draped in bacon.....

 

I never could understand why we, the best equipped, best trained military in the world, focused so much on running. We dont retreat and our overall weapons capability means we can hit anything, anywhere. So why do I need to run? Ridiculous!

 

I'm startin ta hate ya !

 

I'm gonna guess you don't spend a hour every morning coughing and puking the flem out your throat....I have alot of sinus problem all my life. I don't get some of it cleaned up I'm gonna be packing oxygen.

Gettin' old and no fun.... but it's been a nice ride....

Nah. I'm 40 and always been a Copenhagen man. Teeth are easily replaced compared to a lung.
