You had a reefer full of ice cream and it melted..
Of course they denied the claim, you forgot to turn the reefer on.
I just took a guess since you gave no details. -
I would also deny your cargo claim due to lack of information. Innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Lumper Humper, Doealex and Rubber duck kw Thank this. -
If you need advise/opinion you need to provide details.

I was driver on the a freeway when I passed a bump and my Reefer diesel tank drop because straps broke when it hit back. The tank exploded under tires and burned half my trailer. Now insurance is saying they won’t pay because they do not take responsibility if straps broke because of ware and tare or mold
Doealex Thanks this. -
I think you should read the fine print of your policy to get your answer.

If you are running equipment so crappy a bump causes that, then not only do you need to not get insurance money, you should not be on the same road as my family. Who knows what will fall off next time.
Go find a job cooking fries if you can't keep your equipment from literately falling apart....God prefers Diesels, bryan21384, Snailexpress and 1 other person Thank this. -
All my equipment is up to date and well maintained there was no ware and tare and no mold. Trust I do inspections regularly like anybody else. There’s no need for you to get so upset over my situation. I sense a tone of anger and impatience from you.
