Fuses are in control box. Most likely under bed

Replace the bad fuse first, then do a reset on your APU to clear the code.

I’m working on a similar issue at the moment on my APU.
I changed the oil and now it won’t start. It tries to start and then stops with my low voyage warning coming on. If I try to start it again it keeps turning over until it pops the 200amp fuse connected to the positives in the battery box..

Doing some research today I have learned that putting oil in at the top oil port is a no no.. (which I did).... I guess adding oil too fast from the top port it can get in the valves.
Now I’m kind of stuck wondering what to do. Maybe take the valve cover off and try to get all the oil out?
I am using an aftermarket oil filter, not sure if that would make a difference though?

The old model Tripac APU needs 4.3 liters of engine oil, no more, no less. I do not know if it’s the same for the Tripac Evolution, but you can find the manual online in PDF.

After changing the fuel filters, it may take two engine starts to turn it on. It’s normal. If it doesn’t turn on the first time, you’re going to need to reset the APU.

To reset, turn off the APU from the switch inside the APU. Then go to the APU black box and hit the reset button. Now turn on the switch inside the APU. Finally, turn off/on the display from inside your truck.

Personally, when I change the (big) fuel filter, I dump the diesel from the old filter to the new filter. I think it helps in getting the engine to start quickly. Also, try not to lose diesel while changing the fuel filters as it can make it difficult to start the engine. On the old model Tripac, raise the fuel line up with a cable tie so it won’t leak too much diesel.

If you have the old model Tripac APU, you can buy a PM kit from Thermo King. It comes with everything you need: one oil filter, two fuel filters, and two air filters.

I've been told the filters are self priming. But I fill mine as well.

If it doesn't start.......kind of sputters or whatever........just turn it off before that black reset trips.

Let it sit for maybe 20 or 30 seconds and try again.

The OP said he did a de-greasing on his at the same time.

I'm thinking a wire is off a lead someplace.

    Replace the 2amp fuse.
Make sure the 2 water valves to the engine are open.
Time exactly how long motor runs from start to code. Make sure oil filter not leaking if unit equipped w arctic package check wires to temp sensors make sure they are not shorted out.

Check for any corrosion or loose connections in the battery compartment, if everything is good you probably need new batteries. The LVD shouldn't trip from starting the APU.

Any fuse that is broken needs to be replaced.

There is a fuse at the top rear, you have to take the top panel off to check it. There is a recall on that fuse, they're replacing it with an inline.
