The bank has Re-poed many Kivi trucks and Kivi has filed chapter 11 bankruptcy...

Shall we dispense with the desperation propaganda or any further comments about how wonderful this bankrupt company is?

 

The post is alive and well Kivi Bros however is dying an agonizing death with the bank Reposessing many of their trucks and Filing Chapter 11 BANKRUPTCY!!

If you think working for a bankrupt company is a good idea, knock yourself out. Yep, I am angry, so are countless other drivers that left Kivi and will have nothing to do with them. Even their reputation with local business is not salvageable.

Who knows as a new driver maybe you will get to sit on a new truck for a short while until the bank comes for it. On the other hand look at the bright side this may be an opportunity to pick up a repoed truck from the bank for cheap.

When you think of Kivi think of Bankruptcy, Truck Reposessions and wage theft.

 

YES!!! They inappropriately touched my wages!! WAGE THEFT!! Not surprising from a company that has filed Chapter 11 Bankruptcy and has had many of their trucks Repoed!!

Where’s the proof you claiming??

 

Well bankruptcy is public information. There is nothing anywhere of them filing for chapter 7. There is a case where someone filed on them for money they owed KIvi. I find it hard to believe they screwed you so bad unless you did something yourself due to all the drivers I have talked to that love working there. Now if you trashed one of their trucks or lost securement I can see why they would charge you for it. You claimed unpaid miles. But most I’ve talked to gets percentage so how do you have unpaid miles when you’re not getting paid by the mile? Nothing you’ve said adds up at all or compares to what others have said. Take care and get outta here already unless you have stone cold proof to post pictures of.
