Brokers are thieves!!!

The load pays whatever someone is willing to receive for the load.

 

Govt does not have the RIGHT to limit how much you can work. They have the FORCE to do so and you dont have the force to stop them. It is wrong, but it is reality.

Sicc'ing govt on someone else may sound like itll make you feel better but it will backfire and bite you again down the road.

You already said youre pro-union. What would a union do if an employer wanted to cut pay? Well.. Theyd just strike. Grind the place to a halt and send a list of demands. If we cant make money you cant make money.

And thats all trucking needs to get brokers back over a barrel. To strike. Sound businessmen on this forum have been posting pictures of their wheel polishing, fire pits and bathroom projects for a month. Unsound ones have been crying for a bailout from anyone with the force to redistribute someone elses wealth.

Again, majority rule always destroys a nation and this is precisely why. The majority cant manage money. If we let govt rob peter to pay paul, pretty soon peter is broke and theyll make you pay paul for what wasnt ever his to start.
