Lol. Nope. I wish lol......no kink but still good . Book even has pictures!! I thought I was the only one who had a foot pain right there

 

Intrastate you get a sticker, but run 2 plates.
Interstate you do not even get a sticker anymore.

I changed ownership from personal to llc, then 2 years later added interstate. Of course I had to buy new plates everytime.

 

Which way you rolling? You about 35 miles north of my yard.

 

So, if I refuse to pay the fine, is the owner of the boot interrupting interstate commerce??? Also instead of pay the unjust fines, I think I weed would take the $500 and hire a ride someplace to buy a small portable acetylene torch and cut the boot off.

 

I'm no lawyer, but if your loaded a good lawyer could make the argument I bet. Especially if it's your delivery location.

But I bet if your empty and just in a random lot your subject to what ever the state law is regarding private property.

I think that is low life scum that patrol lots like that. Company I worked for used to sell the signs to business. But I can not recall removing a single vehicle that was not ordered by law enforcement. No boots ever from us. We did not want the reputation. Had a service garage call about a car parked infront of a bay at night. I simple tossed dollies under it and moved it to another spot. Didnt bill anyone. Local shop and I was buying fuel there anyhow. Was not worth the time. Got a feeling someone leaving a bar might have questioned why their car had moved!

Same with repo, Sheriff dept order only and they had to be on site for are drivers. However we did alot of these. Anything bigger than a passenger car, S/O called us. I still hated that. Never enough money for the time it takes.
