Have you never been behind a string of cars, that takes some idiot 30 minutes to move over? They literally are not going any faster than the vehicle to the right, but by God, they pay their taxes, and they can drive in whatever lane they want.

    It does not bother me.

But, like I said, show me the law that allows you to go 100 mph to pass.

Besides, in most states, that is reckless driving and unsafe and not very professional.

But, I will wait for the law, since you are so adamant that trucks must be in the right lane.

For me, that aggravation comes dependent on the situation.. Sometimes i understand staying in the center lane, other times (like around Monroe, MI on 75) it's completely pointless, and urks the fek out of me...

People drive in the center lane for no reason.. There aren't that many people merging on from the ramps, and if there are, there is rarely any traffic to restrict your movement from one lane to another.. I think lots of trucks whine about how 'bumpy' the right lane is, and so they'd rather impede traffic than deal with it.. I dunno.

Just stay in the right hand lane if you are going slow. How hard is that? And yes the slow people in the middle lane drive me the most crazy.

Just do the speed limit like you are supposed to. How hard is that?

According to GA law, you MUST move to the right when being overtaken by a faster moving vehicle. Speed is not the issue. Just that you must yield if being overtaken.

I understand that rule, but where does it say 100 mph is okay?

I get in the left lane and risk a ticket. I know I am wrong, but there is no law saying that he must be in the right lane.

In fact, being in the right lane is the most dangerous.

Despite all of your arguments, why can't you simply get over?
