next time your phone falls, leave it there, and pull over when it is safe to do so.
if ANYTHING falls, wait till you can pull over safely.
you really do not want a new employer to get a bad reference about you, and being distracted while driving.

Sounds like it's past time to seek other employment. Long as you people keep working for mouth breather companies that think crap like that is acceptable the more will get the brilliant idea to do it and the more mouth breather micromanagement they'll come up with to do. Grow a spine ffs.

That is crazy. I drop #### all the time and pick it up. Next time set the camera off and make sure ur butt naked. Maybe they wont be watching no more after that

I'd be looking for a backup plan. Keep a list of a couple companies as your next job.

I cover the driver facing camera with the center visor. No one says anything. I'm not driving with that thing in my face, there are other milk haulers (if I wanted to stay in that line of work) that dont have cameras
