Tell me more about this Mexican pulled pork

 

Bone in pork shoulder or butt. I dont measure anything. Fat cap up.

Salt
Pepper
Cumin
Oregano
Basil leafs x2
Fresh garlic to taste
1 big yellow onion quartered
2 big Oranges squeezed
2 Limes squeezed.
1 mexican coke. Cola not the other. The mexico coke has real sugar and helps crisp when fried. Plus add flavor. I find it at walmart in single glass bottles.

Cook on low 8, or cook on high 6.
Pull apart remove bone. Great for tacos, nachos. Or even eat plain. But great to refry for carnitas. Just save the juice to fry in.

 

Guy in our town that has Covid is coming home today after 87 days of treatment. We are all lined up on the street to there house to welcome him home.
