Well, Mission Impossible... COMPLETE.

As I suspected it was indeed impossible given construction and all. But just like the movie, I made it happen. The rules regarding a specific exemption may or may not have been slightly bent.

733 miles... 1 drop... 1 pick... 1 delivery... 1 potty break... 1 brief stop for resupply of nicotine... 2 times through SLC, UT

Currently getting unloaded. 14 hr clock is toast... My place of resting is 10 miles away, I can hear it beckoning me like a siren calling a wayward sailor of old.

I’ve done the 491 before. Just never came from the other direction. Now I know.

 

From what others said about that route you asked about... It sounds like something I'd like to try, but when time was not an issue, and probably in mid to late summer. Kinda like Loveland and Wolf Creek Passes.

 

Did u ever try that one route in wyoming... i forget which highway
