    Looked comical.
Someone said in the comments there that the video lacked diversity. LMOA! LOL (more appropriate)

A young broker I've started dealing with found me a nice round trip package this week picking a load of beer up in NorCal, taking it to Palm Springs, then another load of beer back to NorCal from Van Nuys. Then AB went and canceled the load down to Palm Springs, and the broker called me and apologized profusely. I told him no sweat, that's just life dealing with AB, so he better get use to it. So an hour later I take a peek at Convoy and see the same load they canceled for $300 less. I called him and let him know, and he was pissed. Told him again, that's life dealing with AB, get use to it. As I'm talking to him I see another load of AB from NorCal to Renton WA for $3,50 per mile and picking up in 6 hours. I bid it up to $4.00 per mile and won it almost immediately. So here I sit at 2:00am getting loaded. I'll have to dead head back because there is nothing out of the PNW down this way, but I'll still get $2.00 per mile for the entire trip, so it worked out well. Taking a week off after this load. I need to go fishing, it's been too long.

I feel the need to go fishing. Since my son was born in October, I haven't exactly spent any time to myself. I'm thinking I might take a half day this week and get my license and go toss some line in some of the ponds.

SteveScott and Dale thompson Thank this.

As soon as I do some brakes I'm about to get back on the road. 2 weeks off did me good. I didn't wet a line but I did lots of camping and hiking in CO and Utah. That's were everyone isn't, it was great. Climbed a 14er, hiked 21 miles another day, did a lot of offroading. I feel like I got a lot of the exercise I haven't been getting in the truck for the last good while.

I may have to ease up to the gas station and get a lottery ticket. I had a small claim for 8 boxes of beef that the receiver signed the wrong piece count. I had it deducted from the rate since it would have cost about the same in time and fuel to straighten out.
They just reimbursed me for it, plus 10%.

Rates seemed higher last week. Was gonna take the week off getting reg sent out for both trucks but turns out they gave us an extension.

Loading in Syracuse going to Hempstead on the island for 1325. 272mi. Then heading over for my steady in jerz to Rochester. Good start for week
