Get a lawyer, a real nasty one and sue the #### out of them. A good lawyer will subpoena the records and find other drivers that they did this to and then you can make it a class action suit. There’s labor laws. Prove they were forcing you to violate DOT laws. Prove they did not fulfill or honored their commitments to you as a driver for them. And that they acted vindictively against you when you called him out on it. Do any or all of these things and you’ll own that company.

The fine alone can run $50,000 PER INCIDENT

It’s one thing to get rid of a driver as part of your business model, it’s another to stab him in the back and prevent him from getting work somewhere else. That’s where I would draw the line personally. If the company did that to me? It’s personal at that point.

"Show me a Trucking Company with no Union . . . and I'll show you a Trucking Company that's ABUSING it's Drivers" !, I currently have formed my own trucking company but working vigorously to save up the insurance down payments, upwards of $8000 USD. In my company once up and going I plan to set right back right in that every since the disappearance of JIMMY HOFFA the founder of the Teamsters that fought for Truckers / Driver's rights, the same culture that existed upon his disappearance of Corporate -vs- Drivers still exists, Royalane is not the first company that's refused to pay me my last paycheck, a 2 weeks notice is not worth it's weight in the Trucking Industry. In my company I will be making the Drivers the Bosses, putting the power back where it belongs, no one back at corporate will ever make equal to a Driver's Pay much less more !, currently the Drivers do all the work yet see the smallest part of the pie, we're the only face the Customer sees, we are the face of the company rendering all the Customer Service face to face, in addition to putting our lives on the line on the Nation's freeways, the internet states that being a OTR-Over The Road Truck Driver is 8 times more "Dangerous" than being a Law Enforcement Officer, one blown tire on a undivided Highway and you have a Head on crash with another Sem-Truck, it's happen before, recently, we're dying everyday out there on the Nation's highways, it just does not get reported Nationally, normally on the local news, yet we receive the smallest piece of the pie, talked down on, disrespected, to the extent of kicked out of Trucks miles away from our homes across country and left to fend for ourselves. In my company anyone at corporate that gets flip out of their mouth with a Driver the Driver's will be the Bosses with the authority to come back into that Corporate Office and "Fire/Terminate" that corporate employee and in order for that corporate employee to be reinstated, the corporate employee will have to be approved by a panel of "Drivers" !

Actually my goal is to start a new Union for Drivers, not just for Truck Drivers but all Drivers from Uber and up to Truck Drivers, the consensus of the current President of the Teamsters Jimmy Hoffa, Jr. agmonst Drivers is that he has become too Political and does not have the fighting spirit of his Father. I've had at least 18 Truck Driver jobs in the last 2.5 years, had I'd been an Independent Contractor they've all just been clients, have learned a wealth of knowledge across broad spectrums, Dry Vans, Reefers, Tankers, Crude Oil, SandBoxes, Endorsements: HAZMAT, Tanker, Doubles-Triples and Oilfield Certifications. Most of what I've learned from this litany of companies and foremost is what works and what does not work in the success of a Logistics/Trucking company, primarily the "Treatment of it's Drivers" aside from the actual matrixs of the Logistics Sector per vertical market: FAK-Freight All Kinds, Cold Chain, Oil-Field, Energy. The attrition rate in the Trucking Industry is upwards of 95%, now I just consider it an investigative journey in the Transportation sector as to the treatment of Truck Drivers and have created a online Blog to this effect: BAD OTR TRUCKING COMPANIES TO AVOID ! , a new union is what's needed, by education I'm a AeroSpace Design Engineer, Honor Graduate out of ITT Technical Institute, Phoenix, AZ and DeVry University, Phoenix, AZ. , former Sub-Contractor with Boeing Aerospace via Panasonic Avionics/Matsushita Avionics, Elisinore AeroSpace, NewPort Beach, California and Allied Signal Defense, Mt. Lemon, Tucson, Arizona. I drive Truck because my Older Brother, RIP was an Army Diesel Mechanic that always wanted to get his CDL and never did, upon his death my way of dealing with his death was going and getting the CDL in honor of him, 3.5 years later I really don't think he knew what it was that he was "Wishing For", LoL !. The problem with the Trucking Industry is that they think all Truck Drivers are Dummies and treat Drivers as such !

The person bringing this "Frivolous Harassment Charge" Bret Findlay of Royalane Trucking is one of the people in the Trucking Industry that Drivers are petitioning President Trump about, a Broker, Freight Brokers are stealing money from Independent Truck Drivers left and right at every turn. Normal percentage for a Freight Broker is 16% to 20% max, we Drivers have discovered cases upon more than one occasion of Brokers taking upwards of 50% of the payment from the Shipper and leaving the Truck Driver with barely enough money of the original payment from the Shipper to pay for the Truck Driver's fuel to make it home, I don't doubt this because Royalane Trucking kicked me out of the truck in Spokane, WA as a "Company Driver" abandon left to fend for myself as to how to return to Phoenix, Arizona. These Brokers, especially Royalane has a really bad habit of using in the Trucking Industry what's call a "DAC Report" by HIRERIGHT, basically a Truck Driver Credit Bureau analogy used by Trucking Companies to do BackGround Checks to destroy Truck Driver's careers, I've discovered on line and posted links at the bottom of my blog regarding Royalane Trucking of many Drivers that Royalane has fabricated un-true cases and posted negative comments to any Driver that tries to leave their employment, check the bottom of my blog, this is the nature of Frieght Brokers, especially Royalane Trucking, "Crooked", an abuse of power !, just because a Driver is no longer with their company is not a go-ahead or reason to try and destroy that Driver, of which is the same intent of Bret Findlay of trying to trump up this Frivolous Harassment Charge !

I've even had Trucking Companies threaten me with posting Fake/False Drug Test Results in an act of Revenge knowing that we Truck Drivers are Federally Regulated, just one problem with that, I don't do any drugs, but that's how far and below board these trucking companies are !, When compared and adjusted for inflation Truck Drivers in the 1980's made double than what Truck Drivers are now paid, back then a Truck Driver could have a steak dinner if he chose to do so, now it's Maruchen Microwaved Soups and etc., if you goolge "SweatShop on Wheels" you're find the investigated article by one investigative reporter that actually discovered a Driver and his family living in their Truck and heating up TV Dinners on the engine of their Truck, ridiculous, the public at times refuse to buy certain apparel from countries like Malaysia because of their known SweatShops, yet everyone continues to want their discounted products from Big Box Stores like Walmart not knowing the cost the Drivers have paid to get it there, the perils of the long-distance trip, and additionally the Brokers stealing money from Truck Drives like myself in an effort to curb their costs and add to their bottomline.

I have my attorney firm, Dempsey, Roberts & Smith, LTD, 1130 Wigwam Parkway, Henderson, NV, 89074, Toll-Free: 800-566-4775, Direct/Local: 702-388-4401, of which I've told Bret Findlay will fight him on any Civil Matter that he has, I've also expressed to Bret Findlay that I really don't care about Civil Cases, and that I would simply run him into the ground financially by representing myself while he racks up Attorney Fees until he goes out of Business, the result of that is now his trying to trump up a "Frivolous Criminal Charge of Harassment", requesting your last and final PayCheck that they have told you they were not going to pay is not "Harassment", incredible the length these Brokers will go to to try and destroy a "Federal Truck Driver" !, personally I think it was a "Big Mistake" back in the 80's when the Federal Government de-regulated the Trucking Industry and allowed any Mom and Pop like Bret Findlay to enter the Trucking industry and have Federal Truck Drivers under their authority, BIG MISTAKE, strangely enough both Trucking and AeroSpace/Aviation are both governed / regulated by the FAA-Federal Aviation Administration because the Job of a Federal Truck Driver is the same exact Job of that of a Airline Cargo Pilot, just one is on the ground and the other in the air, the disparity gap is that the Truck Driver on the ground in no way receives the same level of "RESPECT" as that of the Airline Pilot, not even a quarter !

and GladHand Lock at customer, went to Wal-Mart to grab a Rotisserie Chicken
and have lunch which is where your Dispatcher met me with five Spokane Patrol Units !

Bret Findlay tries to consistently weasel his way out of responsibility saying that I was employed by
CTL Transportation, Not Royalane Trucking, that's the loophole that he tries to use. However,
CTL Transportation own by Rex Reeve with only two trucks is the Dispatcher for Royalane Trucking,
the employee of Royalane Trucking, CTL Transportation Trucks run under the Authority of
Royalane Trucking and all the freight that CTL Transportation hauls is Royalane Trucking's freight !

Rex Reeve of CTL Transportation continuously tells me of what he can and cannot do because he
was "Told", he's being told by"Bret Findlay" the puppetmaster, Rex Reeve is his employee, his
Dispatcher at Royalane Trucking, the very same Dispatcher that always has a pistol stuck in his
waistband "Under" his shirt, not even holstered !

Which is another reason that I'm happy to be away from there, who wants to work with someone
that's always walking around with a pistol under their shirt ?, what reason does a Trucking Dispatcher
have to be walking around with a pistol under their shirt ?, to me that only serves as a genuine indicator
of just how many Truck Drivers that that have swindled money from and screwed out of their rightful
pay !, to the point of now having to arm themselves, ridiculous !, I wouldn't come within 100 feet of that
company, even when I was in town back in Farr West after having dropped my loads at Associated Foods
Warehouse I still would not go to the Royalane Trucking office specifically for this exact reason, craziness !

CTL Transportation does not even have a DOT Number or MC Number, I checked, it's only an company incorporated out of Arizona, just an EX-Knight Transportation Driver.

 

Below has been sent to every major MegaCarrier Trucking company in the USA (JB Hunt, SWIFT Transportation, KNIGHT Transportation, CRST Expedited, etc., etc., etc. informing them that "Associated Foods" is Vulnerable account and can be had, to request a RFP-Request For Proposal and/or RFQ-Request for Quotation.

Why ?, because I've been in the Lobby of the Associated Foods Security Office delivering loads and have read the "Mission Statement" of the Founder of Associated Foods, and trust me when I say that Royalane Trucking is way off based, I'm pretty sure that the Founder of Associated Foods would not approved of kicking a Arizona Driver out of his truck with Five Spokane Police Patrol Units in Spokane, WA then leaving that said Driver abandoned in Spokane, Washington to make his way back to Phoenix, Arizona on his own.
