If you had a choice to chose between living and working in Canada or the US as a truck driver, where would you want to live and why?
Money wise mostly as we all know weather in Canada is not the most appealing

The OP asked about making money in Canada versus the United States. I know there are plenty of drivers and owner operators here who have lived and worked on both sides of the border. coffee is better in Canada.
Montreal has some great food!
fishing is superb.
drove up and back every week from NC, for 15 yrs.
seemed to me money was about the same.

I drove to Niagra Falls on the Canadian side a few years back then returned on U.S. side.
I did see contrast in affluence in terms of industry, agriculture, housing.
I don't think you can fairly compare the both even with regard to trucking. They are lucky there is NAFTA.12 ga Thanks this. -
