First year it was 100 days 160 days 260 days and 360 days. Thereafter I believe it was around August or September timeframe. That's how it was at my terminal, not sure if others are similar.

P&D and Linehaul top out on their hourly at the one year mark. As far as dedicated they don’t top out. So for example if you are hired for a dedicated account for $23.00 an hour that’s what you get. No raises on the dedicated side. At least that’s how my terminal is. But hey gets your foot in the door then when bids come out see if you can go city, linehaul, or team. I’ve seen a couple of guys do that.Matt1924 Thanks this.

So do they still get there yearly cost of living raises like everyone else?Last edited: Jun 23, 2020

Good question but I’m not sure on that one. I’m a linehaul driver and switched over to teams to make more money. So I really don’t have all the answers about city and the dedicated guys. I just go by what I hear and what they tell me. Judging by what they say they don’t get any raises.Matt1924, rodman71 and Texas_hwy_287 Thank this.

@Kstrong86
A few weeks ago, I noticed y'all had several de-identified white sleeper trucks on your Dothan yard. Later that day, I noticed a brand new sleeper truck (had an odd shaped window on the side, behind the passenger seat).
I guessing that means y'all are getting a bunch of new sleepers?Texas_hwy_287 Thanks this. -
I don’t know brother to tell you the truth. They tend to not keep us in the loop about things. Or if we ask usually the answer is I don’t know. But if you see some de-identified white sleeper trucks well usually those are the used up trucks that come from AMX trucking. If I’m not mistaken we either own them or they are a sister company to us. I forgot how it works but if I remember correctly when someone was explaining it to me was we do the short haul stuff you know the LTL stuff and they do the long haul stuff. Truckload stuff. Don’t quote me on it though. They get brand new trucks and we get their used trucks. Every now and then you will see some new sleeper trucks but very rare. I wish we was getting new sleepers though. They keep getting brand new day cabs which never made sense to me. Not saying they don’t deserve it but on the other they go home everyday we live in this trucks in a way but to add to that we also chose this as well. So it’s a tough little cookie to bite into.
