The top lights I believe are called marker lights won’t turn on where is a good place to start looking for a fix

If you have a separate switch for them, I would start there. Unplug the switch and if the lights go out you have found your problem

All the markers feed from a plug on the passenger side behind the visor,the plastic becomes brittle and breaks,i’ll check that first
