I used to wear white t shirts when i first started . Thats what i always worn my whole life. Well that lasted all about 2 days before they were all covered in grime and dirt... i wont even wear one when just driving cuz ill spill coffee or something on it... now i just wear the safety green color shirt and its usually covered in grease by end of the day no matter what... ive just completely given up on staying clean while working... especially if tarping , i look like one of those guys that sweeps chimneys for a living, with black stuff all over my face neck and arms...
