    Two things i need to know, first is need to know what fuel psi is at idle and also what fuel psi is at 1500rpm second did you put new injectors in and were they torqued properly for new cups, and third need to check egr temp sensor reading.

    We didn't check fuel pressure, and EGR is welded, but we put new injectors , new injector cups and new O rings.

    Is it possible that camshaft makes this problem due to injectors change?

    No something is wrong possible one or more injectors have problem from factory make sure right pn on injectors as well.

    New injectors were bad
    Truck runs on old ones excellent.
