Canada vs USA

The only thing Canada has ever done to make me angry...well 2 things.

1. They gave us Justin Bieber.
2. They refused to take him back.

If you have american expenses to pay and are paid in canadian dollars, theres a 37% tax called the exchange rate that will break your back in short order.

Also the fact that good trucks are selling in canada for about the price of a crummy car in the usa makes me think trucking is not very strong up there at present.

 

I have only been in Canada from Montana to Alaska and back.
Actually I was hard pressed to tell the difference except for the money and a few road signs.

 

I learned everything I know aboat Canada from the McKenzie Bros. Eh! Lol!

 

gotta get with the times my friend. check out Trailer Park Boys and Letterkenny for an updated version of Canadiana.

 

Trailer Park Boys. Love that show but not a huge a fan of the Netflix seasons. Its a little too over-the-top. The first 6 seasons the crimes and plotlines weren't over the top, Rickyisms were more "organic" and Ricky's random falls were hilarious. The Netflix episodes seem to have crimes and plots that just don't seem realistic. The Rickyisms seem forced and they just seem to add swears just for the sake of swearing.

I mean I still watch it and enjoy it but man those first 6 seasons were just the best!

 

I stopped watching it shortly after it went to netflix. like you said, it went way too far for the comedy angle. the first six were more like a documentary. Samsquanch episode has got to be one of my favourites.
