TQL, XPO, Landstar, and Coyote come to mind.

Here come the simps to defend them...
They are a precious, vital part of the trucking industry, I'm told. They have the right to make as much money as they want, and you would be a fool to ask what their cut of the pie is. Either take the load at the rate they're offering, or don't.
Did I sum it all up correctly?StrokerTSi Thanks this. -
I dont care how much they make... But if we have to follow the regs, then they should to. If they dont they need to be penalized. Thats all I care about. Besides if I know that the last 3 times I hauled a load for broker X he kept 25% of what the shipper paid, then I know that I can ask for a little bit more next time if id like the rate to be alittle higher....
Bottom line still applies... SAY NO TO CHEAP FRIEGHT!!! -
OOIDA wants it so the broker can no longer require the waiver from the carrier but wants the broker to provide details of the transaction to the carrier within 48 hours of the load being completed. What good does the second part do? Other than brokers will have more one and done’s when carriers won’t work with them a second time.
And the large carriers will be in a position to offer capacity to the shippers that want rate confidentiality that brokers can no longer provide.
But don’t worry. The government is there to save all the people that can’t say no and save themselves.Brettj3876, Lite bug and bryan21384 Thank this. -
its not neccessary all brokers say i m only making 50 on this load!
