Parts $289: water separator, fuel filters, oil filters, coolant filter, 10 Gallons of Mobile Delvac 15/40. Mechanic shop did the work for $100 bucks. Unfortunately had to be done, it was midweek and we kept putting it off. Overall I think it was a good deal in a pinch. All parts from Freightliner.
    1. How long are you guys going on Mobile Delvac Before next PM?
    2. Are you changing out all your filters come Every PM time?
    3. Thinking about Diesel Force, have any of you done it?? I’m very interested in gettting it done

    I.m about 45k miles between service....try to use10/30 oil
But have a few with 15/40...
We tried diesel force on a truck that sat for 8 months and had some sensor issues ....
I liked it enough I partnered with my shop and we are becoming a provider (mostly so I can add it to my pm schedule close to home) in Joplin should be up and running after July 15
....we have eight trucks and there was no one near by....
And we change all filters every time ( 4 dd15 , 3 dd13 and 1 cat ) cat is serviced every 20 k miles though

Are you doing your PM’s on your DD13’s every 45k miles???
I am really interested in the diesel force and or I’ve heard of the additive Max Mileage PittsburghPower.com Max Mileage I’ll have to do more research on it. Back to diesel force, how much are you charging for it, ( including the oil change since it has to be done at the same time )?? I’ll make a special trip to Joplin if the price is right next time I’m in Joplin.

We are working out the specifics but I think we will fall into a 1500 to 1700 range ....
The chemicals for diesel force are one time use at 550 per truck and as you know all filters including air filter have to be replaced at the service...
On my own trucks we have been experimenting with the max milaege for now , i.m not sure if I see a payback but I do plan on doing the dfc annually ....

yes most places are running at around $1600 with the oil change and filters. Congrats, good move, I believe many more will start using this treatment in the near future.

We had to wait a few months to get on thier schedule because republic (trash company) and enterprise had installed them in most of thier shops .....but I do think for guys buying used trucks it's almost a no brainier to get all that carbon out of the system regularly .

Been using the MAX for 6 mos now,,I love it!!! big change in power, it also helps that I don't use biodiesel in my DD15 either..My truck hates biodiesel But,yeah truck runs great,PP just did an ECM tune for me $2250 out the door less taxes of course..gave me an additional 70 hp at the wheels. And that's on a stock swift truck too, and I change my oil every 15k too.FF every 30k.

Sorry missed the 45k question. Yes we have zero idle time and the manuals are recommending even more ..a few of my trucks run empty 60% of the time and light the rest .....the ones that are heavy most of the time get a shorter interval but 35 to 45 is the spread depending on what they are running
