You know... I remember looong time ago people saying that Americans who love this country and abide by its laws would not put up with the kind of lawlessness that is going on.... But so far we have been seeing all kinds of violence against this nation, its culture, its history, it's way of living, and I don't see any outrage, any counter-protest, any backslash... this country is going down in flames and nobody is defending it... except for the President who is trying. Police is unable to defend people, to arrest criminals, politicians can't agree on doing anything.... in the meantime people are silent... criminals and trouble makers are laughing their rear end off.... and the Anti America movement will keep growing and pushing as far as they can... someone from BLM told a reporter on the news that if they don't get what they want, they will burn this country down...
Crime is on the rise and it will continue. The more the PC mentality rules and people who disagree stay silent and quiet, the faster this nation will be destroyed. Last week, or weekend (can't remember) over 100 people were killed in Chicago. In FL the governor told people to buy guns for self defense... cause can't count on police any more I was told.
Sorry for my rant here.... I needed to vent... will leave it alone...

Interesting points Rocks. Kinda reflects the attitudes of the locals living in those places. I'm in the 5th largest city / metro area in the nation, we don't have that BS here.

There's some videos on Twitter I don't have the technical know how to re-post that would show you that these domestic terrorists will only get away with their nonsense where people hate our country.

It’s kind of bad form to go looking for trouble, but when trouble comes to find you I have zero quarrel with those who choose to meet it with force if need be.

Had one just like right after High school minus the "ragtop". Was a very nice car. It helped I graduated HS in 76 lol

Car is $335 a month, insurance is just over $1k... Car is over half paid off and not quite worth what I still owe on it. Wife and kids use the insurance alot, so it pays for itself easily. I did look at getting seperate insurance for her and the kids, but best Deal I could find was $5k deductible for nearly what I pay now... And a $5k med bill would put me in the poor house.

Ive done the inexpensive vehicle thing before... They eventually have left her stranded more than once, I cant have that when I'm half way across the country. If she does need something else for a few days I have another pickup at home, but not dependable or safe enough for full time use.

How much does she actually drive? I bet we drive out Tahoe less than 500mi a month. In 20k miles, I haven't done anything but change the oil and I just swapped on a set if 17" gmc wheels with Michelin tires I got for $250.

If she doesn't drive more than 30-50mi from home on the regular, there's not much to worry about reliability wise on a cheaper vehicle.
