Just a reminder that stupid comes on all kinds. Pulling away from a 4way stop in my pickup. A doofus on a bicycle passes me on the right. There is a pole on the corner. I stop and dont smash him. Opening the window to exchange pleasantries and he proceeds to tell me his did not see my blinker. I politely let him know he missed the forking stop sign too.

Anyone ever filed against a broker bond.? Gonna be LS Ranger in this case..

Its piddly, but I'm having trouble letting it slide. Just a tonu from 6/24. Told him you got till 7/1, one week. If I don't have a the tonu rate con in my inbox by then I'm filling on bond..

Just getting the typical run around about his customer not approving it. Not sure how that's my problem.? This deal to truck this machine was between me you. Not me & "your customer". You sent me to Pooler. You sent me a contract. I fulfilled it to the best of my ability. Meaning deadheading there, checked in on time, & waited an hour before y'all said, "oh, sorry, they haven't finished adding some hydraulic lines to it. Not ready for a few more days."

I feel I'm going about this as professionally as I can. File for the tonu I want, or file for the full truck rate, as I still don't have a tonu contract to file with..

Again, will be my 1st time doing this if it comes too it. He still has 48hrs according to the ultimatum I've set..

 

So that's one of the issues I'm facing. He is not sending over the tonu rate conformation. Just saying his customer won't approve one..

I do have the original load conformation, but it is for the full truck "linehaul" rate. But I did not complete the job, as the hoe was not ready to be loaded as they had to "add some parts" to it.. But I showed up to do a job, on time, checked in, & waited in line for an hour before they said it ain't ready to go..

I do have plenty of emails regarding the load itself. And it only been less than a week. Way short of typical net 30. I just don't like being jerked around, & trying to figure a way too make him send over a tonu order..

I have not called LS corporate. Maybe that can get the ball rolling..

 

10-4. I will start there. I give a them a call tonight if I can, or 1st thing in the AM. Got nothing going on tomorrow..

I've come to the conclusion that the only real solution is to either track them down and kill their dog, or just add them to your contact list under weasel and move on. Don't worry, someone new will screw you over as soon as your anger fades.

 

I had mixed feelings about working with the LS Ranger division again. Should've went with my gut. I've noticed they seem shadier compared to the LS Inway office. Thinking this will be my last go around with them..

Maybe this broker has a cat I could wack.? Too much of a dog person to kill a dog..
