    That's pretty much what happens here, incidents are recorded and then Saia determines which ones need coaching or in some instances more attention than just coaching, but yeah they mainly look for driving infractions or company policy violations.

    They are asking for more volunteers this weekend, holiday and run pay would be cool, but I really want that three day weekend too.
