Just stopping in to say hello to everyone here.

I am from S.E. Louisiana and I am a truckers wife for the last 5 years and I love it. (And him also, Kittyfoot)

I am looking forward mostly to the pet forum and to meeting and talking with other trucker wives. Photography also interests me so I will enjoy all the great photos everyone has posted here.

    Have a great day! :biggrin_25520:

Thanks Baack, SimplyRed and the rest of the staff for trying to help me!

notarps4me... Now how am I gonna bring ya some cajon food? I have no clue where ya are at. You will have to just come down here and fetch some. :biggrin_25525:

Actually I dont cook spicy cajun food much anymore but I have not forgotten how to do so! What would you like to eat? Jambalaya,
Fried Catfish, Gumbo, or maybe some good spicy Fried Chicken?

I normally cook fried chicken and make tater salad for Kittyfoot to take on the road with him but did not do so this trip. I was not feeling well so he just got hamburger steak, green beans and rice. He is on the way to NE Indiana right now and wont be home again until Friday or so.

Meanwhile I will use his computer to post on this board.

    simplyred1962 Thanks this.

Well come on over one day and I will fix you some! Just let me know the day before as it is always better the second day after being cooked. The flavors and spices are totally blended by then.

Which forum is the best for us ladies to just talk on?
