Yeah, apparently when they balanced that wheel, they started just chasing weight instead of doing it right.

They pulled all that off, cleaned the inside of the wheel, and it took 12 oz. to balance. At least we got a good laugh at the fool that put all that weight in there.

 

Right now isn't the time to worry about that. If you focus on the job, learn to do everything right, get the first year with no accidents, incidents, or claims, and a lot of doors will open up.

Is your steer axle is a hendrickson steertek?

 

Now your description you know is not avalible by any manufacture anymore and known to be called a cheater spread. You do not see one in that pic. That is Air over spring with a isolated rapid air evacuation option.

But if one was gonna go all in. Just build a air/spring/air 3-9's or 3-10's. Just my thoughts.
