.38 to .40 is still starting wage at a lot of companies and a truck with only 88k miles on it is practically brand new.

Well, the only thing I tell new leasees is," I promise you'll be able to drive it off my lot with the tires up, and nothing falling off."

Yes and I being that Werner is my first company, I've been fortunate. Other drivers I've spoken with weren't so fortunate. Whatever helps grind this year out and I can move on lol

TB John and Lonesome Thank this.

Still waiting for the thread "Werner Student Craps His Pants". I talked to a Werner trainer once who said his student peed all over the seat and the company had to replace it.

I routinely replace all the mattresses in my lease vehicles because they're encrusted with DNA. Some cheapskates in this business mearly turn them upside down. BYOB&CBD, guarding your health and well-being throughout this pandemic.

That's disgusting. Isn't it required that mattresses be replaced with the driver?

Not by the regs. Good companies will at least upon request.
