I skinned the chicken legs and thighs. Put them in 2 freezer bags. With olive oil and secret spices. One said lemon, one just herbs. Gonna try something new on the grill. Must have been 3 lbs of skin, and water. Enough to kill my appetite for chicken. That chili looks dangerous. Mixed together, might have a battle going on in the gut.

No news on my offer onbthe house yet.... It is a foreclosure and very much a handyman special... I severely undercut thier asking price, plus stipulated the one very major repair be done before appraisal. So I'm not to sure they wont just laugh at me.

The wife and I have been casually looking for about 2 years, it has been a hot button topic lately... But that is not why we decided to pull the trigger. Once this property came on the market we knew this was potentially our best bet of getting what we want... At a price we can afford. So we arranged to talk with the bank about financing and got in touch with a real estate agent. Then it was just a matter of waiting for approvals and walk through, then some time to consider and and make an offer.
