Western Express is forced dispatch. If you have an hour left on your week. You can expect them to run ya that full 70 hours before your 34. They will let you off if there is a death in the family. Tho the real person you should be talking with is @otterinthewater
As my time with them was only 2 months. The market was imploding in 2008 and they couldnt figure out how to pay me.
