FYI this was in Luxemburg.

 

At about the 30 second mark, after they clear the bridge, it looks like a giant gouge in the asphalt where the left roller was. There's also a mark on the ground at the beginning of the video, but I can't tell if it's wet or damage. I'm guessing that they do this often, which is why the road looks like it has been recently resurfaced before and after the bridge.
