At our barn, the top seniority O/O's had bid runs, that were usually linehauls or something dedicated. Linehaul to Romulus MI, or Cleveland were a couple of the ones I remember.

Gift certificate idea is out, this needs to be something that can remind a person of the fine company they leased from. I'm really leaning towards a belt buckle with BYOB&CBD engraved on it. Or perhaps a glow in the dark iridescent plastic Jesus with BYOB&CBD on the base.
