    Picked up a new to me 05 Mack Granite with an E7
    Both the Mack is new to me, and I am new to Mack. Got a good deal on it.

    Was kind of surprised that there wasn't a switch for manually turning on the engine fan, of if there is one it's hiding somewhere and I don't recognize it.

    Running in the Rocky Mountains this won't do. Anybody able to help me out on how to run a switch to bypass the ecm and turn the fan on manually?

    Thanks!

    @Brettj3876

    Any updates on that link or schematic?

    Finally getting my hydraulics plumbed and set up on this truck and getting her ready to work, the engine fan's been on the back burner for a while but its getting closer to the front burner now!

    There should be a fan solenoid switch that activates the fan Either by sending air to it or shutting air off.

    It really should be a simple as running a switch from key on electricity to put electricity to the switch, or you have to wire from before the solenoid through the Switch so that you can shut the electricity off.

    I don't know if that truck has any of the multiplex wiring nonsense and I don't know if that would change anything, but that is the way the switches normally run.
