Freightliner 2018 speed governor

    My truck is governed at 75 mph with cruise speed 73 mph, or as I’ve thought for the past 6 months. But since today it is 65/63, have no idea if it’s a glitch. No error codes, no loss of power. Seems like someone reprogrammed the truck while I was sleeping lol. Has anyone had this issue before?

    You can go to any FTL certified dealer and get these changed...especially since you're an OO. Last 6 of your vin I think I might be able to confirm what your truck came parameterized with from factory.

    maybe driver rewards was turned on something .. If you get xx mpg it will vary the speed

    Did you buy your truck new or was it a fleet truck ? even if you set the speed / cruise to 100 mph that driver rewards program will over ride it and start varying speed

    Get yourself a nexiq usb link and a copy of dddl 8.09 .. you can play with all the parameters and not worry about going to the dealer
