I have a misdemeanor poss charge in 2018 and have been turned down by a company for paid CDL training they told me it take 4 years from the time of the conviction to be eligible do all companies go by this standard?

If you can hold off for 5 years, Magnum will talk to you...if you can go to school on your own, maybe try Wiley Sanders. I'd just submit apps to every company. Nothing to lose, especially in these times.
