The word "Woe", means "Warning! You're in danger!" It's kind of like the labels of a person getting electrocuted in the bathtub that they put on hair dryers.

And taken into context, its saying to be careful, don't be tricked. All around are people who will say that things you know to be, are the opposite of what you know. But be warned, don't fall for it, DANGER.
