    ya but if its mechanical i wont have to pay a shop since im going to school for it. and there are some cosmetic things i can take car of ive painted trucks before. and interior isnt that bad just needs alot of cleaning

    Do it. Work on it from now til you're 21 like some other kids do their cars. Go over everything, repair rebuild replace. a lot of folks here would just about kill for a chance like this, myself included.

    i am they have a big shop too. but they wanna move but hopefully its somewhere not in the city like the outskirts so i can take the truck there aswell. ill get more pics when i go back to there house

    You said it needed the dash put back together...that can be a real pain in the butt (lots of wires and air lines going everywhere...lots of them). I've done that before, or at least helped Dad do it. He bought a wrecked truck, put a new cab on it and sold it.
