    It's a meat processing plant. 91% of all crimes end in a plea bargain because they load you up with much more than you actually did. So most everyone takes a bargain. In State you might get probation, but in Federal you are going to jail. Got to keep those places full. We are 5% of the world's population but we incarcerate 25%.
