Um. I'm not going to say I drive around in the truck wearing nothing but bike shorts. But if I did... Go me lol. Seatbelt is scratchy tho. And sport tops are my out of truck wear 99% of the time. I do have proper undergarments for weekends. Not the point. Out in public, just like I don't think I should have to see hairy butts, plumbers crack, whales in yoga pants, white people with matted dreadlocks, I also don't feel inclined to see nipples.
Writing this I realize. Mebbe cuz I'm a girl...but if a nipple is under a shirt I'm not likely to notice it. That a boy thing. I'm talking shirtless nipples.
If he's a very sexy looking man I'm looking at him and then I might notice his chest. But my hetero girl eyeballs don't fixate like that.

To answer your question and hopefully distract from the other discussion...

I am older than you, have no cartilage in my left knee after several surgeries, and am gravity enhanced ( not. 600 lbs) - I have no trouble with an 18 spd and I haul heavy - so lots of shifts. As a matter of fact building the support muscles will help you keep fluid out of it.

secondly - half the shifts are splits - so nothing but thumb and right foot exercise
