in process of getting cdl along with my own truck and trailer.. i would like to become owner operator with my own authority.. can someone please explain the steps on which I will have to work to accomplish this goal?!

You need to get your license and drive as a company drivers for a few years first.
With no exp and a new driver I doubt you will even be able to get insurance let alone find some one to get loads through or from. -
