MTS (Martin transportation system) info?

Yeah, orientation will be at your terminal. It's just sitting in a room watching a computer with all other orientations and doing paperwork.
I no longer work there. That company will suck the very soul from your body. I took a job making considerably less just to leave there. I hope I never have to work for a place like MTS ever again in my life.

 

I know most of us complain and make things out to be worse than needed but wow...
I'll simply reverberate this one instance.
I was told to drive a truck with dried boogies on the windshield, roof and steering wheel or "I could find some where else to drive"
Luckily I had spare gloves, Lysol and disinfectant wipes.
The point is, I had to clean a grown ### man's body fluid out of a truck because they are so lazy, they can't even keep a slip seat truck clean.
I mad great money, the insurance has been the greatest I've ever had and the benefits are amazing.
I just couldn't stand the atmosphere, dispatchers or other drivers. Slip seating, 6 days a week consistently, guilt trips when a day off is needed and attitudes drove me away from MTS.
They have the system in place to be one of the greatest trucking companies but a few things need tweaked severely but unfortunately, they will never change a thing because I honestly believe the company enjoys belittling, bullying and making people miserable.
Take it for what it's worth and I wish anyone luck who wants to go there. Maybe they will be the unicorn and do fantastic!
