Ok, my new “Parked AC system” needed a couple modifications to work better. With the “Factory installation” it ran to hot and shut down. So with a little Jerry rigging, a custom made cardboard baffle and an old fan I got the proof of concept down.
So I ordered up a 12v fan and cut up an old mud flap to make it a little more presentable.
Now we got air boys. Will run all night 10 to 12 hours on 1.5 gallons of gas. Pulls about 400 watts plus the fan so maybe another 50 watts? ( says 80 but it isn't pulling that)
I have not been in any serous hot weather but plenty of warm muggy stuff. So far I can’t keep it on full cold setting. You could hang meat in here if the curtains are pulled. I definitely like it better than the stand up unit I had before.Last edited: Jul 20, 2020

I love showing up to work BEFORE the guy loading before me. Being on time means nothing around here.

I got into a conversation with a young waiter who had dreams of opening his own business. I stressed upon him the importance of being prompt in business "If you cannot be on time working for someone else, how in the hell do you ever expect to be successful when working for yourself?" Come to find out the district manager of the restaurant chain overheard me talking to him, came up to shake my hand and told me that he wished that I would come and speak to their corporate office.
Good job, Ruger. -
How do I accomplish this? Just curious, as it would interest me to be able to see the jaw move. But I don't know how this guy got it to close....
cke, Eldiablo, shawnhhllc and 4 others Thank this. -
Alright so I’m about to hit the road again after I pick up a lumber load that’s already at the main terminal; who wants in on the bet that I can find something wrong with the trailer? Haha I’m gonna give it a good look over, found two empty’s last time that were OOS
P.S. well I was about to write my load info down on my notepad just before I got my very soul scared outta me from an incoming message saying my load was taken from me, but the bet on the trailer is still on hahaLast edited: Jul 20, 2020

Kenly, NC. Three hours this morning to drop two crates, 1 hr waiting for the guy to show up, 2 hrs to figure out how to take them off.
