Thought the guy I know said they aren't currently hiring right now for O/O. He said he was pretty slow, but it may have picked up by now. This was a few months back.

Dana Transport has a hiring freeze right now. The company really isnt Dana anymore, its called Torissi Transport. Dana and S. Coraluzzo merged when the Penzas' dad passed away. I am familiar with them down here in Baltimore, Md.

Dana Transport is a great company to work for, along with it's sister company, LTC (Liquid Transport Corp). Owner-Operators do very well, so long as they are willing to make the effort. Loaded miles are higher than ever. I heard some of the long haul guys make between $175K-$240K last year. Of course, the higher end are the guys who live on the road.

You should disclose the fact that you are a member of the recruiting department.
