    the United States why dont you move to North Korea or another

    While I'm not going into the choice of military service (I'll do that on another server),
    I'd have to say that slavery has been encroaching on our lives steadily since the IRS came into being. Yep, still here, just in another form. And that's not mentioning all the
    *regulatory* theft going on every day.

    So, slavery is alive and well in this country, we're just allowed enough freedom to convince ourselves otherwise, and greedy politicians use war
    on a regular basis to stir people into believing that it's somehow right.

    Not to detract from the thread, but this is exactly why i said what i said. Sorry if you dont like it, but sometimes the truth hurts. but please DO NOT put words in my mouth. I never said 'loser'. what i AM saying, is that NOBODY since WWII who has served in the military did so in any effort to 'protect my freedom and liberty'. They all fought wars that were direct results from presidents personal agenda. Name one since WWII that was because it was a fight where our freedom was on the line.....please....name one. fact is, nobody is fighting for anything. and whatever they say they are fighting for, is just some bogus 'excuse'.

    tell me...where is bin laden? we havent had one good clue on where he is since Dec. 2001. not one. but yet we have the best intel on the face of the planet.....the best tech....

    Any comments about the I.R.S. could probably start a whole different thread or website.....I really don't need to go into that in this one.....Some of the things I have experienced when dealing with the "Internal Rape U Service" just have me totally "bewildered"...

    Enslaved?...we are...you just don't realize it yet....Have you not been reading any of what I FIRST posted.....If someone did their job correctly, each individual's driving record or history would have come into play......instead of just "wiping" everyone in one shot....Its what I get for using my training to help others at that school who had no clue, its what I get for being out here for years and being a safe driver...The so called license was even good enough to obtain a "TWIC" card yes, through the government even..were not MORE checks done on us before we were even allowed to have one?? ..I am wondering how I EVEN got one if my license was deemed "no good"......but hey "misery loves company right"???...something else I learned in the Military...

    And where is my freedom in this matter? All of the years operating trucks, tanks, semis.....ever since 91.....just shot to haites.....I'm left out here to once again fend for myself....

    I'll say it again.... still no clue what I fought for.... and our government is supposed to be "of the people, by the people and for the people"?????..........WHICH PEOPLE???????

    Boy, and i thought we were talking about Swift. Anybody who has served gets my respect. Those have served, and then trash the military (NoCell) lose my respect. Go to another state, re-take the test. Keep your truck, make your money and DON'T trash what and who you served for. My grandfather, father and 2 uncles served. I would have if i could. God bless the Military, and this country.

    And just what do you think I am trying to do here?.....I DID go to another state. I am STILL getting the run a round about the whole thing, AND I have LOST my truck.....Because I CANNOT retake the test right now......

    I am not trashing the military as I am proud that I made sergeant before I got out, I am proud of what I did......everything except over in the desert...YOU tell me what it was about..PLEASE..tell me......My heart goes out to all the families and everyone who has lost their life in the on going conflict...

    My Dad, my Father, all my Grandfathers..EVERYONE in my family served...So I followed....My son is even contemplating the Marines right now......

    And since I did serve, and DID endure a war...didn't I EARN the right to express myself in this matter?.......

    Okay doggone it, lets get back to the whole licensing issue....

    UPDATE........ After numerous calls today, i.e. attorney generals office, department of safety, c.d.l. division, etc......someone finally gave me a concrete answer about the quickest way to resolve part of this matter........sending in the hardcopy of my, well the aforementioned "bogus" license, and supposedly it will take a day to a day and a half to remove the information from the computer system so I CAN retest......

    In the computer it states that "my license was revoked due to fraudulent information submitted on the application", now get this, I was rooming with a friend of mine, at his house, in Memphis, and was there for several months afterward while I drove for the company, oh scuse me "3rd party tester", who was involved in this, AND I have been driving forever and a day, retaining the very same c.d.l..since 2005... I didn't just go back and turn in the Tennessee one, and obtain a new one like so many. I started out at the "hotel in question" when I got there, but I actually lived in Memphis for several months, and I STILL got whalloped....so just what was the "fraudulent information"??...

    Another update...this is literally killing me, several weeks without work, phone will be off soon, and out of the blue I am told over the phone by the company that if I can't get my license soon, I will be charged with abandonment?? Which totally confuses me, because the safety department were the ones who told me to park it after this nightmare began.Even though I was paying for it.

    My license was mailed into the tennessee department of safety, CDL license division, several days ago,so that junk in the computer can be taken out, so I can retest, and as of today, they still do not have it. Time is running out...Time is running out....I just cannot take this anymore..
