Wil-Trans is a small fleet leased on to Prime out of Springfield, Mo. You are hired on by Wil-Trans and paid by Wil-Trans and dispatched by Wil-Trans. BUT, my friend, you haul Prime freight on Prime trailers.

Working for Will Trans is the exact same as working for Prime, except they have different trucks. You pull Prime Reffers, your orientation is done at Prime, same pay(if you get any) etc. Be wearry!!

And as the old saying goes "do not lease from the company who brokers your freight'! That's what would make Wil-Trans better to lease for! You're not hauling their freight!
