Try and stay away from the mega carriers..

Also you should be able to get a copy of your transcript from IRS.gov for free.
That should get you started on your job history.

 

Did you keep copies of all your W-2 forms with copies of your all your federal & state income tax returns? If so, copies of your W-2 forms going back to 10 years, or further back than that, could fill this work history requirement that you are being asked to submit.
