30 is legal most places I think. I have 20%. I started this thread a year and a half ago right after I got pulled over. Fast forward 1.5 years and I haven't had any problems at all. You're fine. Keep the rest of your truck in order so you aren't a magnet.

I got popped in Pa 10 years ago. Windows were so dark the reader wouldn't register . Got me a special ticket too!! Peeled it shortly after and never went back. I won't do the doctor s note simply for lawyers. If you have an accident and your doctor is subpoenaed your ### is in the ####.

Tint saved my glass from shattering . Driving now without tint is very annoying, I already forgot what it's like to feel my arm getting burned.

So use those window curtains some drivers have on their driver windows.

It seems like the fade resistance isn’t what it used to be on all the new stuff lately. Had the back window on my pickup done with supposedly the best stuff and it was so dark you couldn’t see thru it. Was like a mirror on the outside. 2 years later its like 35%.
