You were on private property, and hitting a stationary object is not a traffic accident. Obviously if they called the police (which would do them no good), you weren't there. Doubtful they have pics of this. Do you have damage on your truck or trailer? This story seems really fishy. I assume they are saying they fired you because of a safety violation?

It was on private property no witness. I took pics no damage. They have pics with little damage. No police called. I was fired over safety violation. Real reason I was fired because I was complaining about long hours making little money. Plus I was on light duty I hurt my knee on the job. So they were looking for any reason to fire me
