I'm just applying the cut off method for "if it were me"

I dont park where I'm not welcome. But if this is a bs shady tow company snerario, or unreasonable circumstance like lousy signage and parking clean in the back 40 to run in for a bit to spend money in their establishment, that thing comes off.

If it were a good month, I might just swap my spare on there and leave the wheel in the parking lot to spite them. With a note, of course. No destruction of property, no theft

It's not 70%. But whatever you people think is what you are going to think. Have a good day.

Look, I meant that as a group, not you specifically. I'm sorry if you took that personally, but truckers just aren't considered "upper echelon" of human beings. In fact, the public gets their opinion by the actions of some, and that's a rough group to be in.

If there isn't a local ordinance against truck parking it is up to the store manager. Corporate has nothing to do with it.

You go on and think corporate policies have nothing to do with it. Do you really think a trillion dollar corporation like Walmart will provide no guidance to Fred, the local store manager? Do you think they'd let him mess with their plan? Those big corporations work by being as standardized as possible. They don't care or let Larry decide most things like that.

You don't have a clue. I drive for the Walmart private fleet. I might know what I'm talking about.

I have driven for several large fleets. Certainly didn't make me an expert on their inner workings. You might just be more clueless than you accuse me of being. Have a good day expert.

I went back and re-read our prior conversation. I find it hilarious that a person who simply drives for a company would think he'd speak for the chairman of the board. Lol. Dude, you are clueless as to how big corporations in general, and the one you work for in particular, operate. They most certainly do not let the peons make the decisions. Your store managers may want you to believe they have such latitude, but they do not. They follow orders from above, just like you do. You are funny. I bet you'll even say you get to attend board meetings.

First of all, absolutely loved your TV show. How did they get your lips to move so much? Peanut Butter? I digest..

Despite you having worked for several large fleets, and being able to use “peons” in a sentence, I’m going to agree with my fellow fleet driver here. Corporate allows certain store decisions to made at the peon..errr..store manager level due to the specific nature of each decision at that store. Corporate can’t dictate every store policy, especially in instances that may deal with local, county, or state specific laws that supercede whatever issue is at hand at the store level. I know this as a fact as I’ve spoken to quite a few store managers who’ve stated just as much. But I do realize that my 1st hand knowledge might not sway the opinion of a whispering equine...

I guess since you have driven for several large fleets that makes you a authority on walmart. Maybe we should call Trump and let him know you have such vast knowledge in case he needs help running the country.
