I figured you had a tent and you’re not sleeping in the grass as it rains lol thought you’d be interested especially if the tents you have aren’t that amazing; where do you plan on staying? Might can try Alaska

I looked on an app called “Zillow” quite often in the past and even though apparently the land in Tennessee is cheaper per acre for the properties I was looking at, I also seen some pretty good ones in Texas within the amount I’m willing to spend/save up; I’m not in any hurry to leave my current 10 acres

Hahaha I knew it you live in Texas and you just don’t want me there; honestly I plan on owning several properties in my life time, but I don’t have any family up in Tennessee; my favorite uncle lives in Crosby, TX

 

Honestly, I moved here 8yrs ago from Az. Before it was the popular place to move. Seems like about 3-5yrs ago, the commiefornians and other yankies and ####### liberals started moving in and screwing everything up. Trying to change laws, screwing up the roads, causing the price of land to shoot up, etc.
