getting into a TEAM lease program with Schneider.

hello guys, im a fairly new driver been at schneider for about 6 months now running teams, the pay is good when we have good weeks (5400-6500) miles, we each get 1100-1400 after taxes, granted we stay out 45 days at a time.....so thats that.

we met a solo lease to own driver in an OC and he basically was telling us that we should get into lease to own and the whole nine....he showed us his last 3 statements and they were all over 3500 take home weekly.

he kept saying that if we went lease to own and ran even half of the way we do now, we could make a killing and being that we are in the north east made it even better.

im here seeking for other opinions and any help will be appreciated.

i am not entirely sure there, i know his gross amt was almost 5k tho, but i unfortunately didn't think about that.

 

thats good, nothing is set in stone and i am open to all kinds of new and useful information.

what is a the popular option here tho?

 

he is also with schneider, he started as a solo OTR driver and then made the move to lease to own.
