.57 CPM plus $1000 Sign-on Bonus with a 2018 389 Peterbilt

Thought I'd post here in case there might be anyone around 150 miles of Fayetteville, AR.

Zoley Trucking, a two truck operation, is looking for a clean, responsible and experienced OTR reefer driver. You will operate a 2018 389 Peterbilt, equipped with a 565 Cummins and 18 speed, and 2018/2019 Great Dane reefers. Picture is of the truck you will drive.

Operations
- Reefer freight
- Based in Springdale, Arkansas
- Run mainly midwest, rockies and southwest. No Northeast
- 2,200 to 3,200 miles weekly
- Home time is flexible but it's not expected that you will be out longer than 10-14 days with 2-3 days home
- Truck equipped with Omnitracs, Prepass and toll passes

Compensation
- 0.57 cents per mile on all miles plus additional pay on short loads
- Sign-on bonus of $1,000. $250 will be paid out each month
- 8 days of Holiday Pay @ $100 each and $250 extra pay if you want to run on Thanksgiving or Christmas
- Drop and pick-up pay. $50 per drop on our main customer loads and $25 on all other
- Detention pay after 2 hours
- $1,000 retention bonus paid out every 6 months (this will be ongoing and not just a one-time bonus)
- Year-end bonus potential based on company and driver performance
- Safety bonuses for clean inspections
- This is a W2 position

Requirements
- Valid CDL A and clean MVR
- 3 years OTR and Reefer experience
- Minimum 25 years-old
- No preventable accidents within the past 5 years
- No felony convictions
- No DUI or DWI in past 10 years
- Pass a drug test and will be randomly screened going forward
- Current DOT medical card
- Due to being frequently in and out of Springdale, Arkansas driver must live within 100 miles of the city (Tulsa, Joplin, Ft. Smith all ok). Open to other regional areas depending on home time need
- Must have a smartphone with picture and texting capabilities
